Persistence

To me persistence is the most important thing. With out it and the motivation to succeed you will not get far in life. Persistence is about not giving up and trying your hardest even when you feel you cant do something. Persistence will ultimately provide its own motivation.

persistence

Persistence is something I need to work at I get discourage real fast.So the more I work at it even thou I dont see any progess I know I tryed my best which I put my all into everything I do even if I dont see any rewards or results but at least I know I tryed my best and work hard at it. So I guess I persistence is my ability to continue even when I don't get no results or rewards.
Persistence is something that you need in all areas of life. You may not always have the motivation it takes to reach your goals but if you have persistence you will reach them.  The old saying if at first you don't succeed... try, try again is a perfect example of persistence.

test anxiety

Test anxiety is common in most people because they dont do the things they need to do to perpare their selfs for the test. I dont have test anxiety only when its a pop up test.But what I did learn is that junk food didn help for test anxiety I thought sweet help a little for me it makes my brain happy but now I know its not good must eat healthy food.So I try to stay prepared for test so i will not get test anxiety.So no I dont have Malady when I'm prepared.

Test anxiety is common in many people, even me. Reading the article I learned a lot on how to better prepare your self for a test. Plenty of rest, eat a healthy snack, and be well prepared. With theis simple steps I'm sure to better prepare my self for my next test. I will pass on the information I have read to others who may be strugling with test anxiety.
