Test anxiety is common in most people because they dont do the things they need to do to perpare their selfs for the test. I dont have test anxiety only when its a pop up test.But what I did learn is that junk food didn help for test anxiety I thought sweet help a little for me it makes my brain happy but now I know its not good must eat healthy food.So I try to stay prepared for test so i will not get test anxiety.So no I dont have Malady when I'm prepared.
