Anxiety Problems

I really liked the test preporation. You have to be prepared. Check out your resources as far as where you got your information from. Know that you know your research, it will help on some of that anxiety. Dont panic because if you do you will mess up. Have faith in yourself and your research. Learn to relax and know that some anxiety is ok. Try to surround yourself with people who will help build your confidence such as counselors, good friends, and/or family.
