test anxiety

Test anxiety is common in many people, even me. Reading the article I learned a lot on how to better prepare your self for a test. Plenty of rest, eat a healthy snack, and be well prepared. With theis simple steps I'm sure to better prepare my self for my next test. I will pass on the information I have read to others who may be strugling with test anxiety.

  1. I remember I was working at Directv and every morinig I would recieve a text, telling me my Horoscope. So I had just finished my 4week training and that day I had to take the last test to see if i was going to get the job. I was nervous and praying hoping that I could and would pass this test so I got a drink of water and right before I walked in class my phone went off. It was a text from my zodiac sign and it read, Your career is about to turn sour and I knew then I was going to fail beacause while taking my test all I thought about was that text and I couldnt focus, that was 6yrs ago so everytime I get ready to take a test I get real Nervous and bad Anxiety, please help what should I do.       How sad that a horoscope led to misfortune. Your mind is stronger than that. If you believe you can, you CAN! If you read the article it gives you some good strategies to help with taking tests, but some positive input into your most important test taking tool - your brain will help a lot!
